👨‍🍳 Commis de Partie (CDP) – Join Our Kitchen Team!
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Commis de Partie (CDP) to join our busy kitchen team.

About the Role
As a CDP, you will be responsible for running your own section during service, maintaining high food quality and presentation standards, and working closely with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience working at CDP level
Strong à la carte experience is essential
Experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Ability to independently manage a section during service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, motivated and able to work well under pressure
High standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
