■ 근무 내용

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting participants to live independently and achieve their goals while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal care support
Domestic assistance and household tasks
Medication assistance / administration
Community access and social participation
Bowel therapy support (training will be provided)

About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Passionate about supporting people living with disabilities
Committed to providing person-centred care

Essential Requirements:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (yellow)
Current working with children check (blue)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (if required)
Full working rights in Australia

Desirable:
Previous disability support experience
Experience with personal care or complex care
Manual handling experience
