모집인원 : IZAKAYA DOMO1 - 일식당 홀 슈퍼바이저 1명 멜번 CBD 에 위치한 Izakaya DOMO 1 에서 경력 있으신 일식당 홀 슈퍼바이저분을 찾고 있습니다 캐쥬얼 포지션에 Tax Job only 입니다.

지원 조건
• RSA is a requirement for this role
• PR/Citizen Only
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant; with a strong understanding of food & beverage service.
• Demonstrated experiencing in training FOH staff on sales & service procedures.
• Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

■ 근무 조건

- 근무 시간:

주말 포함하여 주 38 시간이며(주말에 근무가 가능하여야 합니다), 근무 시간은 협의 후 조정이 가능합니다.

- 급여:

• 주중 시간당 $36 + super(경력과 능력에 따라 인터뷰 시에 협상 가능합니다.)
• 주말: 법적 주말 시급 배율 적용 + super
• Public Holiday: 법적 공휴일 시급 배율 적용 + super
