We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time chef to join our team.

With 10 successful years of operation under our belt, we are ready to take the next big step. To support our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef who is eager to grow alongside us. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with others, as well as the independence to take initiative when necessary.

Main Responsibilities for This Position:
· Collaborate in developing new and innovative recipes
· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
· Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
· Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee stock control and rotation
· Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience

The Position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role or work environment and meet the following requirements:

· Right to work in Australia · At least 2 years of relevant experience with references · Full availability across a 7-day roster · Ability to work effectively under pressure · Strong team player · Highly organised and efficient

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (plus superannuation) based on experience.
