모집인원 : IZAKAYA DOMO1 - 일식당 홀 매니저 1명
멜번 CBD 에 위치한 Izakaya DOMO 1 에서 경력 있으신 일식당 홀 매니저로 함께 하실 분을 찾고 있습니다
Full Time 포지션에 Tax Job only 입니다.
주말 포함하여 주 45 시간이며(주말에 근무가 가능하여야 합니다), 근무 시간은 협의 후 조정이 가능합니다.

Izakaya DOMO1 is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality who thrives in busy and high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and maintain excellent customer service at all times
* Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff to company standards
* Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations during service
* Handle customer feedback, complaints, and problem-solving professionally
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
* Monitor staff performance, workflow, and service quality
* Assist with opening and closing duties as required
* Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Remain calm, organised, and efficient in busy and stressful environments

About You:

* Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confident in decision-making and problem resolution
* A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of Supervisor experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant with a strong understanding of food & beverage service
* Valid RSA Certificate
* Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately
* PR/Citizen Only
