Choo Choo Sushi, located in Brisbane, is a popular sushi train restaurant offering over 150 delicious dishes. With a modern, clean design, family-friendly and a fun train and movie theme, we provide a unique dining experience.

Waitstaff
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests or servers.
Set up and clean tables before and after service
Handle payments and process transactions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
