■ 근무 내용
We are an established craft beer venue Tippler's Tap located in South Bank, looking for an energetic and responsible Kitchen hand to join our team. Our staff are mostly locals friendly, outgoing, and great to work with.

​* What we are looking for
• ​An outgoing personality with a strong sense of responsibility and good initiatives.
• ​Conversational English skills (As we have an open kitchen and you will interact with guests).
• ​Experience in a similar role is highly preferred, but not essential if you are a quick learner and have good kitchen awareness.

​Note: Kitchen work can be demanding, so we are looking for someone who is resilient and ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

■ 근무 조건

​* Position Details & Roster
• ​Hours: 24+ hours per week (More hours available depending on venue busy-ness).
• ​Roster: Generally a fixed roster (depending on staff away)
• ​Shifts: Mostly closing shifts starting from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Finish around 9:30 PM on weekdays / 11:00 PM on weekends).

​* Responsibilities
• ​Assisting with the deep fryer section during service.
• ​Basic prep work and topping up sauces/ingredients.
• ​Helping the FOH team with clearing tables during peak hours if requested.

​* Pay & Conditions
• ​Wage: Award rates + Superannuation (TFN only, no cash)

​* Venue Opening Hours *
• ​Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• ​Weekends: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
